By signing this form, I grant Korfball Club DKB in Best a continuous SEPA Authorization. The contribution will be automatically collected from the account number below at the beginning of each quarter. The first time a registration fee of €5.00 will be withheld.

Membership

The association year runs from July 1 to June 30. If you stop in the meantime, you are obliged to pay the contribution until the end of the association year. Cancellations for the next season must be emailed to ledenadmin@kvdkb.nl before May 1 prior to the new contribution year.
