By signing this form, I grant Korfball Club DKB in Best a continuous SEPA Authorization. The contribution will be automatically collected from the account number below at the beginning of each quarter. The first time a registration fee of €5.00 will be withheld.

While we await confirmation of your registration, which will follow very shortly after you register, you (or your child) are welcome to attend our next training session on Tuesdays and/or Fridays. If you have any questions, please contact tcjeugd@kvdkb.nl for youth and tc@kvdkb.nl for seniors.
